Come Celebrate our Feathered Friends!

Please be our guest at the second annual Toast to the Turkeys Celebration on Saturday, November 12th in honor of the rescued turkeys of Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary.

November is a special month for Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary. In 2004, we opened our barn doors to the first animals rescued by our sanctuary on Thanksgiving Day. Since our creation, Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary has established itself as a strong force for saving unwanted animals in California. Today, we are proud to care for nearly 200 animals at our rescue and rehabilitation center in Stockton. To view photos of last year's turkey celebration, click here.

Driving Directions from the Eastern Bay Area:
Take 580 east toward Stockton, over the Altamont Pass and then 580 turns into 205. Follow to the Tracy Blvd. exit. Left turn onto Tracy Blvd. and follow for about 7 miles (over two small bridges). You will pass the asparagus packing plant on the left side and then look for Howard Road. Right turn on Howard. Right turn on Undine. Right turn on Wing Levee Road. Harvest Home is the first property on the right side of the road. 14741 Wing Levee Road, Stockton, CA 95206.

Driving Directions from I-5 (either direction):
Take the Matthews Road exit and head west, past the County Hospital. Stay to the left when the road splits at the County Jail. The name of the road changes to Howard. Follow Howard and ignore/pass the Wing Levee Road to the left. Turn left on Undine. Turn right on Wing Levee. Harvest Home is the first property on the right side of the road. 14741 Wing Levee Road, Stockton, CA 95206.

Harvest Home is hosting a Vegetarian Food Drive!

Harvest Home Animal Sanctuary will extend its circle of compassion on Saturday, November 12th at the organization’s Toast to the Turkeys Celebration by hosting its first annual vegetarian food drive to benefit the Emergency Food Bank of Stockton/San Joaquin. Guests at the celebration are encouraged to bring non-perishable vegan foods, such as:

- Packaged rice or beans
- Canned fruits / Canned vegetables
- Peanut butter
- Cereal products
- Canned vegetable soups / Canned chilli

At the celebration’s registration table, guests who donate food will be entered in to a drawing for a gift basket from Herbivore Clothing Company. Thank you!
